What
is the average time from placing an order at SheepskinDirect.com store, to receiving my order?
In the USA, our estimated shipping time is
approximately 7 days from placing the order to having it arrive at your doorstep.
In the UK
and Europe our estimated shipping time is approximately 14
days from placing the order to having it arrive at your doorstep.
We maintain great stocks for our products and receive
regular shipments in our warehouses, but as demand for some products can sometimes far exceed supply, we are sometimes temporarily out of stock of some sizes. If we are out of stock, we will let you know that it is backordered as soon as we process your order.

Sheepskin Boots are always made in full sizes. For accuracy purposes, we ask you to select your USA or UK/Aust shoe size & if you always wear a 1/2 size, Round UP to the next size. If you sometimes wear the smaller, full size
Round DOWN, remember Sheepskin Boots should be snug at first as they will stretch slightly as they wear in.
We have an awesome return policy so should your Sheepskin Boots not fit quite right, we will send you a replacement pair as quickly as possible.

have read that Australian made sheepskin boots are better than Chinese made
sheepskin boots. Is this true?
Unfortunately, this is not true. Some small Australian manufacturers
would have you believe this but its sadly not the case and
all Major sheepskin brands and now made in China. Australian
factories cannot manufacture the same Quality that comes from
the Chinese factories, nor can they handle the volume
of the orders. Most designer brands are now made in China.
Ipods, Iphones and Ipads are all made in China. You can get
cheep products made in China for sure, but you can also get
the very highest quality made there too if that's what is specified.
