Because sheepskin is a natural product, there may be some irregularities and variations in color and texture. These traits are characteristic of quality sheepskin and add to the beauty and character of the footwear.  Slight dye transfer may occur with darker colored sheepskin during your first few wears.

How To Send Something Back

Should you need to exchange or return your order, within 30 days of receiving it, please contact us via email. Click Here 

* Please note: All exchanges or returns must include a return authorization number. 

In the case of an exchange for our customers, once received in our warehouse, we will replace the item & send back to you as soon as possible.  Some customers may be charged additional shipping fees on exchanges however, exchanges are free of duties and taxes. All exchanges have the highest priority and are processed before new orders.

If the reason for the exchange was due to us sending you something other than what was on your original order, we will also provide you with a credit for the cost of the return for standard, insured delivery services.

In the case of a Return, once received, we will refund 100% of the original purchase price.
